Candidate Statement
Your Vote begins a better future for all our Families!

My name is Rich Kinney and I believe that every life is worth saving, celebrating and protecting. My life is a record of hands-on compassionate leadership of “Service Above Self”. I started 2 food pantries and serve at the foodbank to assist those with food insecurities in Richmond and San Pablo. I founded and manage a sober living program mentoring men at The Paraclete House to recover their lives from drug & alcohol addiction leading many of them out of homelessness and back into productivity.

As a native Californian, I’m concerned about the breakdown of our society. Chiefly, the misuse of educating our children to compete in the modern world, our struggling free market economy, the unequal treatment of the rule of law, the constant attacks against our Constitutional rights, and seeing a clear vision for a brighter California future.

When I was sworn in as police chaplain, City Council Member and Mayor I made an oath to God and to all the people that I would uphold and protect the Constitution of my state and country. When you vote for Rich Kinney, you know I am committed to you. That means all the People of my district and state, to protect all of us – equally and fairly.

It’s time to take a stand for our Families!

It’s time to take a stand for a better future for California!

Vote Rich Kinney – State Assembly.

Thank you for your vote. Let’s get to work.
